Thanks for your interest in University UMC Preschool & After School(UMPA). Since 1948, it’s been our great joy and privilege to provide the highest quality care and education in a nurturing, faith-based environment. We are a certified, Class A licensed preschool and daycare center, open to all families in the Baton Rouge area.

SCHOOL HOURS
Infant/Toddler & Preschool:
7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
After School Care:
2:45 PM – 5:30 PM
Meal Schedule:
Breakfast – 8:30 AM,
Lunch – 11:30 AM,
Snack – 2:30 PM
Half-Day Program:
7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Enrollment
Highest enrollment priority is given to siblings of children already enrolled at UMPA. Next priority is given to University Methodist church members, then to the community at large.
There is currently a waiting list for our Infant & Toddler, Preschool and After School Programs. However, spots do open from time to time.
