Show the world what outward faith can do.

People everywhere are hurting — hungry for love, purpose, opportunity, protection and nourishment of every kind. As we at University UMC approach our own lives and spirituality with open hearts, we’re also compelled to engage the world with an active, outward faith that connects people and achieves real community impact.

John Wesley, the principal founder of the Methodist movement, said it best: “Faith without works is dead.” So together, we strive to embody a motivated, selfless spirit that seeks justice as it works to transform the world around us. When we help others change the course of their lives for the better, we’re bringing the kingdom of heaven to earth.
